Cancellation and refund Policies
Blueprint Basketball strives to offer the highest quality service to our community. To help us continue to provide that level of service, we ask that everyone follow Blueprint Basketball rules, so that we can all have a positive experience.
PURCHASED INDIVIDUAL/SMALL GROUP TRAINING PACKAGES: Once a training package is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable (to other accounts). Please note expiration date upon purchasing (3 months from date of purchase). Training sessions may be re-scheduled up to 24 hours prior to the session. After that 24 hour window, you will be charged 50% of the training fee for that session.
LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICIES FOR ALL TRAINING SESSIONS:
- A spot is reserved for every athlete who has pre-booked a group or individual training session.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before any training session will not be refunded.
- No shows will not receive a refund for the missed training session.
TEAM BLUEPRINT/BLUEPRINT ELITE REFUND POLICY:
1. When you accept an offer to participate on a Blueprint Basketball Team, you accept the financial obligations for the entire team fee for that season. Payment plans are available for those who may need it. The entire fee must be received before the first tournament in order for your athlete to be allowed to participate. When teams are comprised, monies immediately go directly into uniforms, league fees, coaches salaries, court fees, and other fees.
2. Refunds will not be given to any players who choose not to play because of conflicts, team or coaching assignments, an individual's amount of playing time, or for any injuries at any time during the team season.
3. All team fees are non-refundable for any reason, even in the event that your child quits, is injured, or is suspended or asked not to return for violating Blueprint Basketball policies or Total Turf Experience policies at any point in the season.
CAMPS & CLINICS CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Withdraw two weeks prior to the start of camp/clinic for any reason: A full refund will be provided (less 2.7% administration fees)
Withdraw within two weeks of the start of camp/clinic for any reason: 50% of the registration fees will be refunded (less 2.7% administration fees). Note: if there is a waiting list and should a replacement be available, a full refund will be provided (less the 2.7% administration fee).
Withdraw within 48 hours of the start of a scheduled session for any reason: NO refunds/credits will be provided.
Participants will not receive a refund if they fail to attend the camp/clinic (or any portion thereof) or are unable to participate due to violation of Blueprint Basketball policies or Total Turf Experience policies.
TOURNAMENT & LEAGUE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Withdraw two weeks prior to the start of camp/clinic for any reason: A full refund will be provided (less 2.7% administration fees)
Withdraw within two weeks of the start of camp/clinic for any reason: 50% of the registration fees will be refunded (less 2.7% administration fees). Note: if there is a waiting list and should a replacement be available, a full refund will be provided (less the 2.7% administration fee).
Withdraw within 72 hours of the start of a a tournament/league for any reason: NO refunds/credits will be provided.
Teams will not receive a refund if they fail to attend or are unable to participate due to violation of Blueprint Basketball policies, Total Turf Experience policies, or lack of eligible participants in attendance.
Once a Blueprint Basketball training session, event, or program has started, NO refunds or credits will be provided for any reason.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Refunds take 7 to 10 business days to be processed by Blueprint Basketball.
If you haven't received a refund after that period of time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
