Our Founder

Meet our Founder, Adam Jones - the driving force behind Blueprint Basketball. As a former player and current coach, he understands the value of basketball far beyond just the game itself. Through his passion for developing players both on and off the court, Adam has created a space for young athletes to learn discipline, effective communication skills, and so much more.

With the mentorship of his father, NBA star and long-time coach Doc Rivers, Adam has had invaluable experiences training with, playing with, and learning from some of the top names in the game. As a player, Adam won 2 back-to-back Florida High School State Championships for Winter Park (Fla.) High School alongside his brother, Austin Rivers, and a National Championship at St. Thomas More Prep in Connecticut with his best friend, Andre Drummond (Chicago Bulls). After prep school, Adam played Division I basketball at Fairfield University and Division II basketball at Flagler College.

Adam is currently the Director of Basketball and Head Basketball Coach at Scholar Athletes Leadership Academy (SALA) in Pitman, NJ. He also founded Athlete's Choice Foundation, a program under Total Experience Foundation. With his role as Director of Sports & Community Relations for Total Experience Foundation, Adam is dedicated to making a positive impact on athletes and their communities.

Throughout his coaching career, he has successfully helped over 30 of his players receive full college scholarships and further their athletic dreams.

Adam hopes to share his enthusiasm for basketball and drive with every player he coaches.
